Why do we need full-spectrum lighting?

We all know how beneficial natural daylight is. This is because the sun emits balanced, full-spectrum light to which humans are biologically adapted. However, the type of light most people spend their days under has a very different spectrum, which has been shown to be harmful to our health.

The Nice Mood Full Spectrum light features three modes to provide optimal illumination throughout the day and night. It is equipped with three different modes that can be switched to align with the various phases of sunlight, from sunrise to sunset.

Simply turning the light off and on with the switch will initiate the mode change: no remote controls, no Wi-Fi control, just turning it off and on with the existing switch.

To use the Nice Mood Full Spectrum bulb, you must first install it in a compatible light fixture. The Nice Mood Full Spectrum bulb is compatible with voltages worldwide and is available in an E27 screw base.

Once installed, the first time you turn on the light it will be in red night mode. To change modes, simply turn the light off and then back on: this will send the instruction to the bulb to change modes. You can continue turning the light off and on to cycle through the 3 modes until you find the one you want.

The Nice Mood Full Spectrum full spectrum bulb requires no special switches, knobs or controllers: it has been designed to work perfectly with any existing light switch.
